Alexa Hirschfeld, Co-Founder and Head of Product at Paperless Post
"Does the world want it? Are you the best person to build it? Do you really want to do it? Not 'Do you want the product?' but 'Are you willing to go through the process?'"
At 25 and 23 years old, Alexa and her brother James founded Paperless Post in 2008. Alexa left her job as Katie Couric's editorial assistant to launch the e-commerce company, which now sells online and printed stationery. They've collaborated with industry leaders, among them Kate Spade New York and Crane & Co., both on and offline, and have raised over $12 million in capital.
